Conference Accommodations
We have reserved rooms in two different on-campus residences to accommodate your stay at the conference. The options available are premium rooms and traditional rooms.
Traditional Rooms
Traditional Single rooms have one single bed, a desk, and a chair. Traditional Double rooms have two single beds, two desks, and two chairs. All traditional rooms also have a telephone for free local calls, and free internet (guests will need to supply their own cables). Bed linens and towels are provided. Private bathrooms and shower facilities are shared by 3 bedrooms and are located across the hallway. These rooms do not have air conditioning.
Traditional rooms will be located in either Victoria or McNeill Hall.

Single Room Price: $47.25 / night (plus tax)

Premium Rooms
Premium rooms have two bedrooms that share one bathroom. Although there are privacy locks between the two bedrooms, these are not security locks. Each bedroom has a double bed, an alarm clock, a desk, a chair, a closet, a telephone for local calls, and free internet (guests will need to supply their own cables). Bed linens and towels are supplied. These rooms have air conditioning. The buildings have common rooms and laundry facilities.
Premium rooms will be located in either Leggett Hall or Watts Hall.

Price: $99.00 / night (for two rooms, plus tax)
How to book a room
Visit the reservations page. Select "Graduate Conference / English Department" from the drop down menu. Click continue and complete your booking.
Our group accommodations will be reserved until April 25, 2010. After this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms.
